AFINA s.r.o. is a company registered in the Czech Republic since 1996 and operates getCosmeticRP.eu as its EU Responsible Person service for manufacturers and brand owners of cosmetic products established outside the EU. Genuine establishment in the Union matters for this role: Article 4 requires the Responsible Person to be established in the EU, not merely to present an EU-facing brand.
We do not market this role as cosmetics certification - there is no such scheme. We focus on what Article 4 actually requires: mandate clarity, an accurate Product Information File, coordination with qualified safety assessors for the CPSR, correct CPNP notification, and a disciplined boundary between our tasks as Responsible Person and your obligations as manufacturer.
